Maybe because it was a pre- Haloween time, yesterday we created especially bright, artistic and sophisticated masks. It was such a delight to lead a seminar with this group of artistic and creative participants.
- But before we got to the art part we explored a scary and often unseen side of our inner nature- an evil inner critic. The research went on many levels- on mind and ideas, role play, energy work and art making. We got more clarity about our self criticism style. We also learned methods and ideas on how to grow a polite, wise and supportive inner critic. Thanks to all workshop participants- feel uplifted and have a lot of energy to plan a new events :)
