October 30, 7pm-10pm
Lets celebrate this Halloween by transforming our fears into the celebration of creativity.
We all have them, small or big, it is a part of our human nature.
Years of exploration of my own fears helped me to transform them and help others with their fears. I found that even a seamlessly small and unimportant fear can block one's creativity and path to success. As long as you push your fears away, deny or ignore them, it will hold you captive and keep you emotionally frozen, and unable to move forward. During this workshop we’ll explore our fears and use playful and gentle methods to unblock them and release this energy into art and play.
This workshop will combine the methods of creative art healing, process work (Process Oriented Psychology developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell) and the ideas of Tibetan practice of Chod.
Suggested Exchane $35 if prepaid, $45 at the door
